Energy Boosting Smoothie Bowls

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Table of Plenty Kefir (Natural or Lactose Free)
- ½ cup mixed berries, frozen
- 2 medium bananas, frozen
- 2 dates, pitted
- 3 tbsp protein powder of choice
- ½ avocado
- Small handful spinach, fresh
- 3 tbsp coconut
- 3 tbsp cacao nibs
- ¼ cup granola of choice
- 4 strawberries, chopped
- ¼ cup raspberries, for topping
- ¼ cup blueberries, for topping
- ¼ cup blueberries, for topping
MEthod
- In a blender, blitz kefir, frozen mixed berries, banana, dates, protein powder, avocado and spinach together until well combined and smooth
- Pour into your favourite smoothie bowls, top with coconut, cacao nibs, granola and fresh berries and enjoy!
