Energy Boosting Smoothie Bowls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Table of Plenty Kefir (Natural or Lactose Free)
  • ½ cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 2 medium bananas, frozen
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 3 tbsp protein powder of choice
  • ½ avocado
  • Small handful spinach, fresh
  • 3 tbsp coconut
  • 3 tbsp cacao nibs
  • ¼ cup granola of choice
  • 4 strawberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup raspberries, for topping
  • ¼ cup blueberries, for topping
  • ¼ cup blueberries, for topping

MEthod

  1. In a blender, blitz kefir, frozen mixed berries, banana, dates, protein powder, avocado and spinach together until well combined and smooth
  2. Pour into your favourite smoothie bowls, top with coconut, cacao nibs, granola and fresh berries and enjoy!
