High Protein Kefir Power Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup Table of Plenty High Protein Kefir
  • ½ cup mixed strawberries & raspberries, frozen
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • ½ cup mango, frozen
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 4 strawberries, chopped
  • Diced mango, extra for serving

**Optional protein powder can be added.

MEthod

  1. In a blender, blitz kefir, frozen berries, banana, mango and date together until well combined and smooth.
  2. Pour into your favourite smoothie glass, top with coconut, cacao nibs and fresh strawberries and enjoy!
  3. Optional: Place some diced mango in the bottom of a glass before topping with the smoothie.
