High Protein Kefir Power Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup Table of Plenty High Protein Kefir
- ½ cup mixed strawberries & raspberries, frozen
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- ½ cup mango, frozen
- 1 date, pitted
- 1 tbsp coconut
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 4 strawberries, chopped
- Diced mango, extra for serving
**Optional protein powder can be added.
MEthod
- In a blender, blitz kefir, frozen berries, banana, mango and date together until well combined and smooth.
- Pour into your favourite smoothie glass, top with coconut, cacao nibs and fresh strawberries and enjoy!
- Optional: Place some diced mango in the bottom of a glass before topping with the smoothie.
