I'm trying to watch the amount of sugar I eat - what products would you recommend?

Many of our products are naturally low in sugar. Our natural kefir and dukkah blends contain no added sugar - any sweetness comes naturally from the ingredients themselves.

Is it normal for my Table of Plenty kefir to be lumpy or fizzy?

Yes - that’s how you know it’s alive and full of goodness! Our kefir is a minimally processed product made from fresh milk and fermented in the bottle. A little fizz and some lumps are completely natural - just give it a good shake before using to make it deliciously creamy again.

Is Table of Plenty kefir pasteurised or homogenised?

Our kefir is pasteurised but not homogenised - keeping it as close to its natural form as possible.

Are Table of Plenty products gluten free?

Yes, many of our products are gluten free. Visit our Products page and use the ‘Dietary Filters’ button to find the options that suit your needs. If you’d like more information, you’re always welcome to contact us.

Are Table of Plenty products kosher?

Yes - our kefirs and dukkah blends are kosher certified.
