Probiotic Kefir and Basil Pesto

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Handful of roasted almonds
  • 4 tbsp of Table of Plenty Natural Kefir
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Handful of fresh basil
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt

MEthod

  1. In a food processor or blender, first blend almonds for about 10 seconds, then add other ingredients and blend together for about 15 seconds to break down the ingredients.
  2. Mix through pasta or use it as a sauce on poached chicken and veggies for a healthy midweek meal.
