Probiotic Kefir and Basil Pesto

INGREDIENTS
- 2 garlic cloves
- Handful of roasted almonds
- 4 tbsp of Table of Plenty Natural Kefir
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Handful of fresh basil
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt
MEthod
- In a food processor or blender, first blend almonds for about 10 seconds, then add other ingredients and blend together for about 15 seconds to break down the ingredients.
- Mix through pasta or use it as a sauce on poached chicken and veggies for a healthy midweek meal.
