Probiotic Kefir Immunity Smoothie

Cooking Time: 5 mins

2 cups Table of Plenty Probiotic Kefir
2 bananas
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
2 tsp honey
1/2 lemon, juice
2 tsp rosehip powder (optional)*
1 tsp vanilla extract or ground vanilla
3-4 tsp ground turmeric
4-5 ice cubes

Roasted almonds
Fruit of choice
Cacao nibs & mixed seeds

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed until smooth. Add more Kefir if you prefer. Pour the smoothie in two large glasses. For extra wow, layer with extra kefir between each layer & dust 1 tsp ground turmeric on top before serving.
