Do you only use natural flavours?

Yes, our products contain 100% natural flavours. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality ingredients to create delicious, wholesome goodies for our customers. All real, no nasties.

What’s the best way to store your muesli?

Our products contain only the freshest ingredients without using any non-food ingredients or preservatives. Basically, we keep our products real with no added nasties. This means to keep your Table of Plenty products tasting their absolute best for as long as possible, we have some storage suggestions:
• Once opened, store in an airtight container for optimum results.
If you prefer to keep it in the box, it is best to keep air out by sealing with a peg or clip.

I’m trying to watch the amount of sugar I eat, what products would you recommend?

We’d recommend a number of our products as most are quite low in sugar.
The bases of our mueslis (the oats, grains, nuts and/or seeds) are baked according to our carefully formulated recipes to ensure maximum, natural flavour while keeping an eye on the sugar content. It is our aim to provide a healthy start to the day, which means being mindful of the nutritional panel.
Mueslis: Our natural Pink Lady Apple & Almond muesli is only sweetened naturally by fruit
But our Protein Crunch Bar, Kefir (natural) and our Dukkahs are all made with no sugar, any sugar in these products is naturally occurring.

Do your Mini Rice Cakes contain dairy?

Our dark chocolate mini rice cakes do not contain dairy as an ingredient. However, they are produced in a plant that processes dairy. We have two other flavours, milk chocolate and triple berry, which do contain dairy ingredients.

Your products are labelled as wheat free, does this mean gluten free?

Our muesli does not contain any wheat ingredients, only our tasty base made of toasted or untoasted oats. However, they are not strictly gluten free. There is some confusion about oats and gluten – a lot of people with gluten sensitivity / intolerance can in fact eat oats without a problem.
The concern is, oats may be grown and / or processed around wheat – possibly allowing ‘contamination’/traces from the wheat gluten. This is why we cannot label our muesli as a gluten free product. For those with Coeliac disease, we would not recommend eating our muesli without consulting a qualified dietician for professional advice first.
Overall, we label it as wheat free, as there are no wheat ingredients. This allows those who specifically avoid wheat to know they can still enjoy our muesli.

Do you have recipes for your products? I need some inspiration!

Yes! Check out our recipe page for lots of delicious ideas. We have recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snacks. Or you can download our eBooks here.

Which of your products are Kosher?

Excluding our Mini Rice Cakes and Nourish & Go, all of our products are Kosher.

Is my Kefir OK? It's lumpy and fizzy!

Yes, your kefir is OK - in fact is perfect! Our Kefir is a minimally processed product made from all fresh milk (no processed powders or milk solids). It is naturally fermented in the final container with our proprietary cultures and it keeps alive and fermenting in the container.
It my taste a little fizzy (which is good) and it will need a good shake to break up the lumps as it has not been touched or stirred or strained (which is also good).
Enjoy this potent functional food for a happy gut.

Is your Kefir Pasteurised or Homogenised?

Our Kefir is pasteurised but it’s unhomogenised.

Orders will be shipped once per week on a Wednesday. The cut-off for orders to make the weekly shipment will be 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday. If it is passed this time, it will be included in next weeks order.

My package arrived broken/damaged/an item was missing can I get a refund?

Do you ship to NZ/ internationally?

International - Unfortunately not at this stage.
NZ customers - You can go to aussiehealthproducts.com.au who stocks our products and ships to NZ!

We noticed a recent change on the Dark Chocolate Mini Rice Cake packet. Have you changed the ingredients?

There has been no change to the product ingredients or processing, however we were recently told that having a ‘no dairy ingredients’ call out on front of pack could seem misleading when the product is produced in a facility where other allergens such as milk are present (which is covered in our allergen declaration on the back of pack).
If you have a dairy allergy, then we would recommend not to consume the product in case there are traces of dairy. As a vegan, there are no dairy ingredients in the recipe, so it is up to your discretion whether to consume the product as we can’t guarantee it is 100% dairy free every time.
