Probiotic Kefir Garlic Aioli Recipe

1/4 cup Table of Plenty Probiotic Kefir
1 large lemon (using zest & juice)
3 cloves garlic (minced super small)
2 tsp raw wild honey (heaping)
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch ground pepper

Mix garlic, kefir, juice from half of your lemon, 1 tbsp of lemon zest and honey in a bullet blender and pulse for 5 seconds. Add sea salt and ground pepper to taste.

Super simple to make, it’s perfect for drizzling on salads, avo & toast and burgers!
