Probiotic Kefir and Dukkah Pesto

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 10 mins

2 garlic cloves
Handful of roasted almonds
4 tbs of Table of Plenty Probiotic Kefir
2 tbs of lemon juice
2 tbs of olive oil
Handful of fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

In a food processor or blender first blend almonds for about 10 seconds, then add other ingredients and blend all for about 15 seconds to break down the ingredients.

Mix through pasta or use it as a sauce on poached chicken and veggies for a healthy midweek meal.
