Green Kefir Smoothie

Boost your favourite green smoothie with our Probiotic Kefir. Just in time for the warmer weather, Holly from @thehealthyhunter has a refreshing drink for a healthy, happy gut!

Products: Natural Live Kefir Probiotic Yoghurt,

1/2 cup Table of Plenty Probiotic Kefir- Natural

1 frozen banana, frozen in chunks

1 handful of kale, loosely packed and washed, no stalk (add less if you’re not a fan of kale or replace with baby spinach)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1.5 tbsp desiccated coconut

1/4 avocado

1 heaped tsp matcha powder

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp water

To serve: 1/3 cup muesli and fresh fruit (berries work well)

  1. Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick you can add a little more Table of Plenty Probiotic Kefir or water. Drink as is or…
  2. Place Table of Plenty’s Aussie Honey, Sultana & Pepita Muesli in the bottom of a bowl, top with the smoothie, scatter with fruit.
  3. Variation: replace the vanilla with mint extract if you’d like it extra refreshing!
