VIDEO RECIPE – Macadamia, Cranberry & Coconut Muesli Porridge

Try our delicious 3-minute Macadamia, Cranberry & Coconut turned into a hearty, warm porridge that’s perfect for winter.

Product: Velvety Vanilla

- 1 cup Table of Plenty Macadamia, Cranberry & Coconut muesli
- 1 cup milk of choice (we used rice milk)
- 1 tbsp honey or syrup if desired
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Toppers:
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup dry roasted almonds
- 1/2 banana

  1. Pour Macadamia, Cranberry and Coconut muesli into a bowl, pour honey over the top, add raspberries and pour milk over the top to cover the muesli.
  2. Microwave for 3-minutes on high or until muesli turns to a thick consistency.
  3. Stir around to mix in honey and raspberries throughout. Top with your favourite nuts, fruits and seeds.
