INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of Table of Plenty High Protein Kefir
- 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of frozen or fresh b
MEthod
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender/food processor until smooth, then pour into an ice cube tray.
- Place in the freezer until frozen, then place back into blender/food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy. Place in container and freeze for 30 minutes to an hour, then serve.
