Dukkah Crusted Labneh

Serves: 4-6
Cooking Time: 20 mins

Plain full-fat greek yoghurt 

Sprinkle of salt 


Lemon & Herb with Almonds Dukkah 

Spicy Cashew with Turmeric Dukkah

Macadamia Dukkah 

Pistachio with Thyme Dukkah 

  1. In a bowl mix together the yoghurt & salt.
  2. In a separate bowl line, a double layer of cheesecloth and place the yoghurt in the cheesecloth, tie it together with some string & hang it with a wooden spoon over a large jar, allow to strain in the refrigerator for 12-24hrs.
  3. Roll the labneh into 3/4 balls and place in the refrigerator for 30mins to harden up. Layout a sheet of baking paper and roll the labneh in Table of Plenty Dukkah spice blend. Place any leftovers in a jar and cover with olive oil, will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
