Craving something sweet for breaky? Crunchy Nutty Choc pancakes are what we suggest you try. They’re made with our fruit free muesli, which is a delicious blend of toasted rolled oats along with roasted almonds, cashew and seeds. Enjoy all this goodness and more because combined with a chocolate hit, you’ll have yourself a luxuriously indulgent treat. Try topping them off with in-season fresh fruit like strawberries or blueberries for bursts of sweet flavour.  Our mouths are watering just by looking at it! So what are you waiting for? Enjoy!

1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup Balance+ Muesli
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 banana
1 tsp baking powder

  1. Blend the oats and Balance+ Muesli into a flour like consistency in a food processor
  2. Add the almond milk, cacao, banana and baking powder into the processor and blend until well combined
  3. Cook on a non-stick pan on medium heat
  4. Serve with your favourite toppings!
