Chia Seeds Breakfast Bowl by @enrichnutrition

Enjoy this flavour explosion! Plus it’s so quick and easy to make! Just remember to start prepping the night before because you need to leave the bowl in the fridge overnight so that the chia seeds turn into the sensational little serve of pudding. Add in your favourite in season fruit to make the most colourful and tasty chia seeds breakfast bowl you can. Don’t forget to top it off with our Nutty Muesli to add the perfect crunch to this exquisite brekkie.

¼ cup white chia seeds
1 cup coconut drinking milk
½ tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp maple syrup

Natural Greek yoghurt
Table of Plenty Nicely Nutty Muesli
Fresh fruit such as kiwifruit and passionfruit

  1. Assemble the chia pudding ingredients and leave to set overnight.The next morning, the chia seeds should have formed a thick gel consistency, like a pudding.
  2. Assemble the chia pudding with yoghurt, Nicely Nutty Muesli, fruit.
  3. Drizzle with honey to serve and enjoy!
