¼ cup white chia seeds
1 cup coconut drinking milk
½ tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp maple syrup
Natural Greek yoghurt

- Assemble the chia pudding ingredients and leave to set overnight.The next morning, the chia seeds should have formed a thick gel consistency, like a pudding.
- Assemble the chia pudding with yoghurt, Nicely Nutty Muesli, fruit.
