Crunchy Fruit Free Nutty Muesli Brekkie Smoothie
Try this healthy smoothie to get you up and about this morning! The goodness of fresh fruit, yoghurt and muesli provides a complete breakfast that is quick, easy and ready to go.
• 1 banana
• ½ cup milk
• ¼ cup berries (we used blueberries and raspberries)
• ¼ cup Table of Plenty Crunchy Fruit Free Nutty Muesli
• 2 tbsp of natural yoghurt or Table of Plenty Natural Kefir
• Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Throw all the ingredients together into a blender and blitz until desired consistency is reached.
