Blueberry Kefir Chia Pudding

Serves: 2
Cooking Time: 15 mins

¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Table of Plenty Lactose Free Kefir
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup chia seeds

TOPPINGS
Coconut flakes, cacao nibs, chocolate chips, fresh fruits

  1. Add blueberries and Kefir to a blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Add in large container combine blended blueberries with almond milk and chia seeds.
  3. Place in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  4. Add toppings of choice and serve cold.
