Kefir Energy Boosting Smoothie Bowls

Serves: 2
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

1. 1 cup Table of Plenty Kefir (Natural or Lactose Free)
2. ½ cup mixed berries, frozen
3. 2 medium banana, frozen
4. 2 dates, pitted
5. 3 TBSP protein powder of choice
6. ½ avocado
7. Small handful spinach, fresh
8. 3 TBSP coconut
9. 3 TBSP cacao nibs
10. ¼ cup granola of choice
11. 4 strawberries, chopped
12. ¼ cup raspberries, for topping
13. ¼ cup blueberries, for topping
14. ¼ cup blackberries

1. In a blender, blitz Kefir, frozen mixed berries, protein powder, banana, avocado, spinach and date together until well combined and smooth.
2. Pour into your favourite smoothie bowls, top with coconut, cacao nibs fresh berries and granola and enjoy!
