Kefir Chocolate Pots
Product: Natural Live Kefir Probiotic Yoghurt
200g good quality 70% Chocolate
1/2 Cup full cream Milk
1 Cup Table of Plenty Natural Kefir
1-2 tbsp of Cointreau/Grand Marnier (optional)
- Blitz chocolate in blender/food processor to small crumb like pieces and place in heat safe bowl. In a saucepan on a low to medium heat the milk just to the boil, please watch it as it won’t take long.
- Pour the heated milk over the chocolate crumbs and stir until combined into a silky-smooth ganache. In another bowl whisk the kefir until smooth and creamy, then fold in the chocolate ganache.
- Once fully combined stir in your Cointreau/Grand Marnier. Pour mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate until set (about 30mins to an hour. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
