Creamy Avocado Dip with Dukkah by @mindful_moose
Looking for some new dip inspiration for your next gathering? This one is a hit! It combines the ever popular avocado with chickpeas and dukkah. These goodies together create a tantalising avocado dip your guests will be raving about. It’s a great recipe because it’ so quick to make that it doesn’t matter if you need to put it all together right before your guests come over. You can even make it ahead of time too because it’ll keep well in a good container. Be sure to try it next time you have people over. Enjoy!
Product: Lemon & Herb Dukkah
3/4 of a large avocado
1/2 cup cooked/tinned chickpeas
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp Lemon & Herb Dukkah from Table of Plenty
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
To serve: Garlic infused olive oil, or regular olive oil and additional Lemon & Herb Dukkah.
- Blend or process all of the ingredients until smooth, then transfer to your serving bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with as much additional dukkah as desired.
- Serve with homemade chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
It even makes a delicious toast or sandwich spread. This dip will last a few days in an airtight jar or container in the fridge.
