Easy Probiotic Tzatziki Dip

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 10 min

This mouthwatering healthy tzatziki dip not only tastes amazing but also promotes a healthy gut! Serve it with our NEW gluten-free Grazing Poppers for a something a little bit fancy! Made from air-popped rice and green peas, our Poppers are a lighter alternative for cheese boards and platters!

DIP
2 Cups of grated cucumber (strained and liquid removed) *
1.5 Cups Table of Plenty Probiotic Kefir Yoghurt
1 Tbsp chopped dill
2 Tbsp cold pressed avocado oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Medium clove of garlic (minced)
1/2 Tsp Celtic sea salt
1 Pack Table of Plenty’s Poppers

Ensure the grated cucumber is firmly squeezed and all the liquid is removed.

In a large mixing bowl, start by adding your grated cucumber, followed by all the other ingredients. Using a spatula, gradually start folding and mixing the ingredients together until everyone is covered with the Kefir yoghurt.

Once done you can set aside and start getting your platter together. For the platter, you can add any additional vegetables and of course for that added crunchy “cracker” you are going to want to add our gluten-free Table of Plenty’s delicious Poppers.
