Classic Dukkah Crusted Baked Salmon
2 sustainably sourced salmon fillets
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup @tableofplenty Classic Dukkah
Bunch of fresh lemon thyme
Lemon rind, grated
Pink Himalayan salt
Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
Position the 2x salmon fillets on the tray.
Drizzle with EVOO and lemon juice.
Place sprigs of lemon thyme onto the fillets and salt.
Crust with @tableofplenty Classic Dukkah and grate lemon rind onto the top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees fan forced for 15min.
