Table of Plenty Pistachio Dukkah comes in a 45gr retail sachet in a box
It is one of three varieties available:

Pistachio nuts have a very distinctive flavour that stands well on its own. Although they are not the traditional nut for dukkah, we feel that they envoke the flavours of the Middle East to the greatest extent, being native to that region.

We recommend the Pistachio Dukkah as an appetizer with bread and olive oil or with vegetables or chicken to add a new dimension.

It is one of three varieties available:

Almonds are the base for this dukkah and are paired with pure Australian Lemons which are dried and ground - this is complimented with various herbs, spices and salt including basil, sumac and coriander.

It is a mild and versatile seasoning and compliments well with fish, chicken and sprinkled on salads, or in the traditional way with olive oil and bread.

Macadamia nuts are a popular native Australian nut with a wonderful smooth and creamy flavour which compliments well with the texture of the seeds and flavour of the herbs and spices.

We recommend it especially with fish or chicken dishes, or any of the milder flavoured foods.

Our African Safari Rub has a rich and warm flavour with serious bite

It is based on North African Berber traditional flavours and is great with any kind of meat. If you are vegetarian, you can try it with lentils as it adds great depth of flavour.

Or try the national Ethiopian dish: Doro Wat (a chicken casserole). Delicious, but not for the faint hearted...

Thai Fish Top

Many people don't know how to cook fish...
We have put together this quick and easy way to make fish and seafood a memorable event.

Based on traditional Thai flavours, the lemongrass and chilli with coconut enhance any fish. Just try sprinkling the spice over fish before pan frying or baking. My personal favourite is prawns lighlty tossed in the Reef Rub and then drizzled with lime juice.
